Accounts & Orders
You must provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud or policy violations.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, and fees are additional unless explicitly included in a DDP quote. Payments are processed by third‑party gateways.

Production & Fulfillment
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak season, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions may affect transit times.

Content & IP
You represent that uploaded designs and materials do not infringe third‑party rights. You grant us (and our partners) a non‑exclusive license to use such materials solely for production and fulfillment of your orders. We may decline content that violates law or our acceptable use standards.

Prohibited Uses
Counterfeits, hate symbols, unlawful content, and unsafe goods are not accepted. We reserve the right to suspend service to protect customers and partners.

Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BivaSoul’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, instructions, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes
