Who we are
BivaSoul (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a print‑on‑demand (POD) brand. Orders are produced after purchase and fulfilled by vetted third‑party manufacturing partners (“Fulfillment Partners”).
Order processing time
- Processing begins after payment is confirmed and the order passes our fraud screening.
- Standard processing: 2–5 business days.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
Production & fulfillment
- Products are made to order. Minor variations in color/placement may occur due to manufacturing processes.
- In some cases, your order may ship in multiple parcels if items are produced at different facilities.
Shipping methods & timeframes
- United States (domestic): 3–8 business days after production.
- International: 7–21 business days after production (country‑dependent).
- Shipping times are estimates and exclude processing/production time. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed once a label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear.
- If tracking has no movement for 7 business days (US) or 12 business days (international), contact us.
Shipping fees
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
- Promotional free shipping (if any) applies after discounts and before tax.
Wrong/insufficient address
- Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct address.
- If an order returns due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship for an additional shipping fee.
- Address changes are possible only before production starts; contact support immediately.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
- If a package shows “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier.
- We may offer a one‑time courtesy replacement at our discretion after a basic investigation.
- Severe weather, customs inspections, strikes, or peak‑season volumes may cause delays that are outside our control.
Customs, duties & taxes (International)
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.
- We do not control customs processing times.
Service areas
- We currently ship to most countries. We do not ship to embargoed or restricted destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.
